Negative Inventory Screen

The Negative Inventory Screen’s layout has changed and now provides a key at the top as Earliest Negative Activity, Lowest Negative Activity and Current Balance are color coded. From this screen you can view all information regarding negative inventory. You can Correct the commodity in your inventory, view a transactions report, view inventory status or recalculate inventory directly from this screen.

You can change the yard you're viewing using the Select Yard drop down in the upper left corner.

This will open up the Correct Inventory screen for this commodity. The Correct Inventory screen will display all the information about this commodity for this yard. From this screen you can adjust weight, total cost, the date, time and at an adjustment reason. Previous adjustments to this commodity are shown at the bottom, allowing you easy access if you wish to edit existing adjustments. Any adjustments made here can also be edited from the Edit Adjustments screen.

This will generate an Inventory Transactions report for the commodity selected.
This will bring up the Inventory Status screen. From this screen you can view total weight of the commodity, as well as what has been purchased, processed, transferred, adjusted and shipped. It will also show you the value for this commodity and the total value for the commodity you have in your yard.

This button will recalculate the inventory for the selected commodity for you. To recalculate the inventory for all commodities on the list, click the   Action Item button in the bottom right of the screen.
